My name is Mackenzie, I am 20 Years old and have been working with kids since I was 12. I started out babysitting for a number of family's before and after school, in my second year of high school I completed a Co-op program in an after school program for kids and was hired as a summer camp councillor for that company the same year. The following year I took a role as After school program Coordinator and Followed that by managing all summer camp and kids programs for 3 year after. I have a passion for working with children of all ages, I enjoy the day to day routines, hearing about their day at school and all accomplishments. I prioritize safety always with fun as a close second. I am CPR and first aid certified and have experience working with kids aged newborn to 15 years old. I am responsible and reliable, I do well under pressure and think fast on my feet. I am a problem solver at heart with the ability to minimize conflict quickly and effectively.
