Hello, my name is Magdalena, I am 28 years old and I come from Austria. I am a psychologist and I would love to spend two months in Australia as an au pair starting in September.

I truly enjoy working with children and have already gained experience in different settings. I have worked with younger children as well as with older children and teenagers, including those who needed a bit more support in their daily life or at school. I have also worked in residential care, where I was responsible for supporting children and adolescents in a structured and caring environment.

I grew up in a small rural area together with my younger sister and brother, and I am used to family life and responsibilities. At home we also have two cats. I would describe myself as a warm, responsible and open-minded person who enjoys spending time with others.

In my free time, I love being active and spending time outdoors – I enjoy hiking, climbing and being in nature, but I also like meeting friends, going to the cinema or out for dinner. Especially in summer, I love being near the ocean.

I am very excited about the opportunity to experience life in Australia, get to know a new culture and become part of a family for a while and I would be happy to support you in your daily life.
