Hello! My name is Penelope! I am moving abroad in June 2024. I LOVE children and I am currently a full-time, live-in nanny, working 50 hours a week for five children, age eight and younger. Youngest being 18 months. I have been both a nanny or a babysitter on and off since the age of 12. I have multiple reference for you, if desired.
I am a veteran of the United States armed forces. I completed four years active duty service and was honorably discharged after completion. I have a Master's degree in Mental Health Therapy/Counseling. I have taken several college courses on child development and feel that my education very much prepares of me for a job with children. I am also TEFL certified through the International TEFL Academy.
I am English speaking only but love to try to learn new languages. I would love to help teach your child English, if needed! I hope to be a part of your family in whatever capacity works best for you. Nanny, babysitter, English teacher/tutor, housekeeper, etc.
I am a very adaptable, mature, responsible, and hard-working individual. My work ethic is unmatched and I know that I could be an asset in your home. I do not shy away from cleaning, organizing, and coming up with fun, spontaneous ideas to entertain children.
I prefer to live out because of my age and my two cats, who will be coming with me. However, I am happy to commute to you and am very punctual.
