Dear Host Family,

Hello! My name is Ana and I’m 24 years old, originally from the United States. For the past few years, I was living in Tbilisi, Georgia, where I taught English to students of various ages. I am currently an AuPair in Duisburg, Germany, and possess A2-B1 level in German.

In my free time, I love writing, reading, dancing, traveling, going to the gym, and spending time with loved ones. I’ve danced ballet, contemporary, and other styles for most of my life, and movement remains an important part of who I am.

I have extensive experience working with children of all ages, both as an English teacher and as a nanny. I understand how to connect with kids on their level—supporting their development while engaging their natural curiosity and enthusiasm. Working with children is something I’m passionate about, and I find joy and purpose in helping them grow and explore the world.

I’m excited about the opportunity to become an Au Pair for your family. It would allow me to continue working with children while immersing myself in a new culture, finishing my education and forming meaningful connections. Cultural exchange is something I truly value, and I look forward to learning from your family while also sharing my own background and traditions.

Some ways I can support your household include tutoring and helping with homework, in addition to caring for and connecting with your children. I studied Kinesiology at university, and am currently working toward finishing my BS in Business Administration - I have plans to pursue a career in international business/communications and linguistics, hopefully in Germany.
