Introduction
I attended the Nanny Institute of Beverly Hills and graduated with a certificate in Child Development. While at the school, half the day was spent in the classroom, and half was spent working at a daycare center.
I have worked as a full time nanny, and as an on-call babysitter with an agency for various families.
In total I have over 24 years of experience working with children.
I believe in fostering a good sense of self and providing security and stability for children. I tend to follow the parents style of discipline as I believe this is the best way to establish consistency.
I enjoy doing arts and crafts, taking children on planned outings, supervising plays dates, cooking with children, spending time outdoors- the typical things. I also find that just doing chores with a child is a good way to teach.
Currently I am in Fountain Hills, Arizona but I am open to relocating for the right position. I am looking for a long term position.
