Yoga and meditation are present in every moment of my day. I love practicing and teaching yoga and meditation. I find that it is in the challenging moments of life that we can best practice kindness and hold the intention of love for all people, places and things. I bring this practice with me wherever I am in the world and it is very important to me to treat this beautiful Earth and it's inhabitants with love and care.
