Hello! My name is Carly, I’m a 23 year old who loves to travel and make authentic connects with others. A bit about my experience, I was a part time nanny in 2013 and 2014. When I began the child was 3 months old. I cared for her until she was 22 months. In the summer of 2014 I moved to Germany as an exchange student and lived there for a year. I took a break from nannying and worked as a barista from 2016-2019. In the fall of 2019 I went to Indonesia and volunteered at an orphanage and schools teaching English, playing with children, and helping in any way I could. After coming home in the spring of 2020 I began nannying 3 children during the summer before their school began. Their ages where 3,6, and 8. I have a heart for kids, seeing them loved well and helping them grow! I’m very attentive, patient, and I have high emotional intelligence. I treat children with respect and allow them to communicate back to me, rather than having a ‘I’m the authority’ mindset. I want to be a ‘big sister’ who makes a real connection with your children, as I genuinely enjoy being with kids. With all that being said, I’m looking for opportunities starting in fall 2021!
