Updating: I have moved back to the Asheville, NC area. I am more then willing to settle in this area. I have had my Co-vid 19 shots and booster.
I would be very interested in discussing the position of live out nanny with you. I am very excited at the possibility of helping you care for your children. I am a people person and enjoy interacting with children of all ages. I am a very organized person; good at multitasking. I would enjoy working independently or under your direction to care for your children. I have 10 years professional experience with children but I no longer do heavy housekeeping.
My children are grown and on their own. I do not have pets, but have experience as a pet sitter. I am a settled, mature adult, I do not smoke, drink or do drugs. I do not bring visitors into your home. I drive and open to using my car or yours. I am a US citizen and only speak English.
As a teenager I babysat extensively. I then became a mother and took care of 4 children, the last two being twin boys who are in their 30's and on their own. I was also one of those mothers who always babysat, and had other people’s kids in my home for my kids to play with. These are things I did for fun not for pay. I went to school to be an activity director for nursing homes but there are too many qualified people and not enough positions. I do feel that I can use some of my training to help me with your children. I also have personal references and job references. I am an excellent housekeeper and cook. I have experience handling household management. I am well organized and detail oriented. I have had CPR training. I have attended college and have experience as a pet sitter and date night sitter.
I was employed as a live-in nanny in Asheville, NC where I cared for a 2 year old, a 4 year old and shared household duties with a working mom. I successfully potty trained the children. I taught the 4yr old to write his name and we worked on preschool activities and arts and crafts 4 days a week.
I worked for a family in Hilton Head, SC who had a 4yr old, 2 yr old and boy, girl twins who were 5 months old. I did household chores and laundry.
I also took care of a 3 month old and a 3 yr old in Mills River, NC. I did planned activities and took them to the library and park. I was a household manager as well as nanny.

I worked part time for a family who had 18 month old twins. I was asked to focus on the twins and took them for walks, and played with them. Though I did wash bottles and fold laundry. I cared for a 9 month old in Elizabeth City, NC. I took him to activities, did light housework.
I worked as a full charge housekeeper and drove teenagers in Asheville, NC. I care for a 1 yr old and a 5-year-old in Michigan. The last 4 years I have watched suicidal patients in a hospital setting.
