Welcome to my profile, my name is Alexia! I am a Spanish/American female in her mid-twenties. I am a very low-key, responsible, and clean person. I have experience working in both Spain and the U.S. in professional settings as well as taking care of kids.
I received my Bachelor's degree from the University of Oregon, where I studied Biology and Psychology. I know first-hand how much of a difference caregivers (and tutors) can make towards someone's upbringing, as I was fortunate to have great ones growing up.
I very much enjoy kids, teaching, and cultivating lasting bonds. Although I am new to the online caregiving/tutoring platform, I have experience with in-person care of middle and elementary- school-age kids and grew up playing with my three younger cousins. I have also coached high schoolers, prepared lesson plans for college-age students, and mentored students in the laboratory space.
