Hello! My name is Manal. I live in West Village Dallas with my husband and poodle and I am looking for a fun-loving family to join. I have worked with children ranging from newborn-12 years old. Starting as the eldest of 4 children, I have been caring for my siblings since the dawn of time, and still now even as adults! Haha! I started my official career in child care at age 17 as an after-school care teacher at the YMCA. I worked there for 2 years and my duties were helping with homework, preparing snacks, activities & hw help. I have also worked at a Montessori school for 6 years. I began as an aftercare counselor then shortly after I began working as an assistant teacher in the Toddler house. Where I assisted the head teacher with toddlers ranging from 1 to 3 years of age. I helped with diaper changing, potty training, assisting toddlers with cleaning, feeding & changing themselves along with Montessori learning curricula. I was also a nanny for a lovely family for 3 years. 2 boys and one girl ages 5, 3, and newborn. It was hard to depart them but I had to due to a knee surgery. I took the kids to school, after-school activities, and spent the days with the baby taking him to little gym, baby museums, and more. I also traveled with family, did light housework, and ran errands for the family. My title was Nanny House Manager and I miss it every day! It's been a year since then and I am leaving my corporate job to pursue childcare again. I tried to enjoy working in a corporate field (business development) but my heart lies with child care. I am looking for a loving family to join and help care for their babies.
