Hello!

My name is Paulina , I am from Poland, and I am looking for a kind and welcoming family abroad with whom I could spend some time, experience everyday life in another country, and help with childcare. I am a friendly, responsible and open-minded person who enjoys meeting new people, discovering new places and learning about different cultures.

I am especially interested in a short-term live-in nanny or childcare position. I would ideally like to stay with a family for around one month, although I am open to discussing the exact dates and arrangements. I understand that inviting someone into your home is a big decision, so I would like to make the experience comfortable, respectful and positive for the whole family.

I enjoy spending time with children and I understand that childcare is about much more than simply supervising them. I believe children need attention, patience, encouragement and someone who can make everyday activities enjoyable while still maintaining appropriate boundaries and routines. I am happy to play games, do creative activities, read, help with homework, prepare simple meals, go for walks, accompany children to activities and help with their everyday routine. I would always follow the parents’ instructions and respect the way they choose to raise their children.

I would describe myself as caring, patient, responsible and adaptable. I can be energetic and playful when children want to have fun, but I also understand when they need calmness, structure or simply someone to listen to them. I am comfortable learning new routines and adjusting to the family’s lifestyle. I also understand the importance of privacy, cleanliness and respecting the family’s home and personal space.

One of the main reasons I am interested in this experience is the opportunity to improve my English through everyday communication. I would love to become more confident speaking English naturally, while also learning about the culture, traditions and lifestyle of the country I visit. At the same time, I would be happy to share Polish culture, food, traditions and everyday life with your family.

Outside of childcare, I enjoy travelling, listening to music, playing piano, exploring new places, going for walks, shopping and spending time with other people. I am also interested in learning about different cultures and trying new things. I would be happy to join the family for activities when appropriate, but I also understand the importance of giving the family their own time and privacy.

I am particularly interested in finding a family where communication is open and expectations are clear. Before starting, I would be happy to discuss the children’s ages, daily routines, working hours, responsibilities, house rules, free time, accommodation and any other important details. I think clear communication from the beginning makes the experience much easier and more enjoyable for everyone.

As I would be living with the family, I would treat your home with respect and make an effort to become a helpful and considerate part of the household. I am happy to help with reasonable childcare-related tasks and keeping children’s areas tidy, while understanding that my main responsibility would be the children.
