Hi! I’m Bea, and I’m so happy you’re taking the time to read my profile and get to know me a little.

I’m from the Philippines, and I’m someone who loves being around people, learning new things, and making everyday moments a little more meaningful. I’m naturally warm, caring, and easy to get along with. I can be a little shy at first, but once I get comfortable, I’m usually the person who loves to talk, laugh, and share stories.

I’m interested in becoming an au pair because I want to experience life in another country in a way that goes beyond being a tourist. I’d love to learn about your culture, your traditions, your food, and what everyday family life is like. At the same time, I’d be happy to share a little bit of Filipino culture with you and hopefully introduce your children to some Filipino words, games, stories, and traditions.

I genuinely enjoy spending time with children. I love seeing how curious they are, how they ask the funniest questions, and how excited they get over the smallest things. I’d be happy to play with them, help them with their routines and schoolwork, read stories, do arts and crafts, go outside, or simply be there to listen to them. I believe children need someone who can be both responsible and fun—someone they can feel safe and comfortable with.

I also understand that being an au pair is more than just taking care of children. It means becoming part of a family and being respectful of your home, routines, boundaries, and values. I’m willing to learn and adjust, and I value open and honest communication. If there are things I don’t know yet, I’m not afraid to ask and learn.

I’m also someone who takes responsibilities seriously. In my work, I’ve learned how important it is to be organized, dependable, patient, and able to handle different situations. I’d bring the same attitude into your home. Of course, I’m not expecting everything to be perfect from the beginning. I know that living with a new family and adjusting to a new environment will be an experience for both of us, and I’m excited to grow through it.

Outside of work, I enjoy simple things. I love coffee and discovering new cafés, taking photos and videos, dressing up, exploring new places, and spending time with the people I care about. I’m also the type of person who appreciates quiet days at home just as much as going out and exploring.

What I’m hoping to find is a host family where we can build a relationship based on trust, respect, and kindness. I don’t expect to simply be treated as an employee—I’d love to feel like I’m a welcome part of your family while also respecting the role and responsibilities that come with being an au pair.
