Dear Host Family,
I'm Sandra from kenya a 23 year old lady. Thank you so much for taking time reading my letter and learn a little about me.
I have always enjoyed spending time with children and becoming an aupair is something I have wanted because it combines two things that are very important to me.Caring for children and experiencing a new culture. I believe being an aupair is much more than travelling to another country it's about becoming part of a family and building meaningful relationship.
I have experiencing caring children of different ages through baby sitting, working as a nanny and also volunteering. These experiences have taught me how to be patient, understanding, Responsible, loving and attentive to each child's individual needs. I understand that every child has a different personality and I enjoy finding creative ways to help them.
Some of my favourite activities to do with children include reading stories, arts and crafts, singing, dancing, playing educational games, baking together, outdoor adventures and simply encouraging their imagination. I enjoy creating a positive environment where children feel safe,happy and confident to be themselves.
I would describe myself as a kind,responsible,organised and open-minded person. I value honesty,respect and good communication and i always try to bring a positive attitude whenever I go. I enjoy learning about different cultures, meeting new people and stepping outside my comfort zone because i believe these experiences help me grow as a person.
In my free time I enjoy cooking, cycling, swimming, reading, listening to music, travelling or learning new languages. I believe having hobbies help me stay creative and brings positive energy.
What excites me most about becoming an aupair is the opportunity to share my own culture while learning about yours. I hope to build a genuine connection with your family and become someone your children can trust,laugh with and feel comfortable around. My goal is not only to support you with childcare but also to become a caring and dependable member of your family during my stay.
