I did my course at survival CPR first AID services I have a certificate of completion Advanced caregiver courses I completed on March 2024.
II worked at fountain care and completed 181 hours The following duties were performed
Assisted residents with activities of daily living including birthing dressing,grooming,toileting,transferring and Getting to and forms activities and meals
-Served meals to residents in the dining room
-Initated and participate in leisure Activities provided for residents and encouraged residents to socialize and participate in planned activities
-Maintaining residents records daily in a timely manner and in accordance with fountains policy and procedures
-Assisting with dementia care,AIzheimers care, Cancer care, diabetes care ,wound care and vitals checks.
-Maintained a clean self and orderIy Environment for the residents
-encouraged team work though cooperative interaction with co-workrs
-Assisting residents with physical therapy exercise
-be a pleasant and supportive companion
