Dear Host Family,
My name is Dawood, I am 19 years old and I am from Pakistan. I am a friendly, caring, responsible, hardworking, and positive person. I am looking forward to becoming an Au Pair because I would love to experience a new culture, improve my language skills, meet a wonderful host family, and most importantly, become a trusted and caring person in the lives of your children.
I believe that being an Au Pair is not only about helping with children and household routines. It is also about becoming a reliable part of the family, creating happy memories with the children, respecting the family’s lifestyle, and making everyday life a little easier for the parents.
I really enjoy spending time with children. I believe children need patience, kindness, attention, encouragement, and someone who is willing to listen to them. I would love to play with them, help them with their daily activities, accompany them outside, read with them, play games, and support them with their routines.
I am an active person and sports are a big part of my life. I enjoy playing football, cricket, badminton, and snooker. I think sports are a wonderful way for children to have fun, stay active, learn teamwork, develop confidence, and spend less time on screens. If your children enjoy sports, I would be excited to play football, cricket, badminton, or other games with them.
I am also comfortable with driving and have good driving skills. I understand that driving with children requires extra responsibility, patience, concentration, and careful attention to safety. If driving is part of the Au Pair duties and I am legally permitted to drive in your country, I would be happy to help with school runs, activities, shopping, appointments, or other family needs.
I consider myself a hardworking person. When I accept a responsibility, I try my best to complete it properly and on time. I am willing to learn new things and adapt to the rules and routines of my host family.
I would love to learn about your country’s traditions, food, lifestyle, language, and family culture. At the same time, I would be happy to introduce you and your children to Pakistani culture, food, traditions, and my everyday life.
For me, communication and trust are very important. I would always try to communicate openly and respectfully with my host parents. If I am unsure about something, I would rather ask than make assumptions. I believe that a good relationship between an Au Pair and a host family is built on honesty, respect, understanding, and clear communication.
I am looking for a host family where I can feel welcomed and respected as a member of the family. In return, I want to be someone you can trust with your children and daily responsibilities.
