Family's Introduction to Au Pair
Dad is from Canada. Mum is from Belgium. Mum and our son Guillaume speak French. So we are looking for someone whose first language is French. Speaking French is the only requirement that is not negotiable. If you are looking for a host family in a big city and an extremely social experience, we are not the family for you. Where we live is not remote, but it is in the country. We are friends with our neighbours and with parents from school, but we do not have parties in our home. We live on 3 hectares. There is a lake. There are eagles, hawks, owls, deer, racoons, rabbits, squirrels. The ocean is a ten minute drive. Hiking is a ten minute drive. Shops are a ten minute drive. We have a car you can use, so it would be best (for you) if you have a drivers license. We are a qiuet, safe, family in a beautiful part of the world.
Job Description
Dad is a doctor who works in Nunavut, Canada, so he is away 2 weeks out of 4. Mum is therefore on her own sometimes and needs a little help! Our son goes to school so Mum needs help in the mornings and evenings and maybe one day per weekend.
