My name is Khrisia kaye, and I am 22 years old from the Philippines. I recently graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration. At the moment, I help manage our family's small business while also spending much of my time caring for my young cousins. Thank you for taking the time to read my letter. I am excited about the opportunity to become your au pair, and I hope to become not only someone who helps care for your children but also a trusted member of your family.

Taking care of children has been a big part of my life. I have been babysitting my cousins since they were only a few months old, and now the oldest is already seven years old. Watching them grow has taught me patience, responsibility, and the importance of creating a safe and loving environment. My daily responsibilities include preparing their meals, bathing them, changing diapers when they were babies, helping them with homework, reading bedtime stories, playing games, and keeping them entertained with fun and educational activities. I also help with light household chores to keep the home clean and organized. These experiences have made childcare feel natural to me, and I truly enjoy being part of children's everyday lives.

I would describe myself as hardworking, organized, dependable, and someone who stays positive even during difficult situations. My family and friends often tell me that I rarely complain and always do my best to finish every task responsibly. During college, I often led group presentations and projects, which helped me develop leadership, communication, and teamwork skills. These experiences taught me how to stay calm under pressure and work well with others.

In my free time, I enjoy reading books, listening to music, and watching variety shows. I also like taking walks to refresh my mind or simply relaxing with a short nap after a productive day. Whenever I have the chance, my cousins and I enjoy visiting the mountains, swimming in rivers, and exploring nature together. I also love animals. We have a dog named Choco at home, so I would be happy to help care for your family's pets as well.

I speak Cebuano, Tagalog, and English, and I can also communicate in basic Chinese, and enjoy learning new languages. Although I do not have a driver's license yet, I know how to ride a bicycle and I am always willing to learn new skills.

One of the main reasons I chose the au pair program is because I want to experience a new culture while doing something I genuinely love—caring for children. I believe cultural exchange is a wonderful opportunity to learn from one another.
