I hope this gives you a little glimpse of who I am.
Taking care of children has always been a part of my life. When I was 12 years old, my mother worked overseas while my father worked far from home, so I became the primary caregiver for my two younger sisters, who were only 6 and 9 years old. I helped them with their daily routines, prepared meals, assisted with homework, and made sure they always felt loved, supported, and cared for. Looking back, I'm proud to see them grow into kind and independent young women who are now both in college. I also have experience caring for my nephew from the time he was a baby until now that he is 2 years old. Helping care for him has taught me even more about patience, responsibility, and creating a safe and happy environment where children can grow and explore.
Besides caring for my siblings, I also learned to manage our home while my parents were away. I handled household chores, organized our daily routines, budgeted expenses, and made sure everything was running smoothly. These experiences helped me become independent, organized, responsible, and dependable at a young age.
I believe every child is unique. Some need encouragement, some need guidance, and some simply need someone who listens. I always try to make children feel safe, understood, and valued while supporting their growth with kindness and patience.
As a person, I am caring, trustworthy, responsible, patient, and hardworking. I enjoy spending time with children, helping around the house, learning new things, and experiencing different cultures. For me, becoming an au pair is about more than traveling abroad. It's about becoming part of a family's everyday life, building meaningful relationships, and creating happy memories together.
