My name is Md. Rakib, and I am from Bangladesh. I am a compassionate humanitarian, volunteer, and social worker.

From a very young age, I have had a deep love and special affection for children. I do not simply love children—I see them as the most valuable asset of our future. I believe that today's children will become tomorrow's leaders and responsible citizens. Therefore, being able to contribute to their education, character development, and bright future is one of the greatest honors and joys of my life. I have always tried to help children grow into honest, responsible, kind, and compassionate human beings by teaching them moral values, responsibility, confidence, and respect for others.

This passion inspired me to dedicate my time to the education and development of underprivileged children. Seeing a smile on a child's face and knowing that I have played even a small role in building a safer, happier, and brighter future for them gives me immense happiness and purpose.

Here is a brief introduction about myself:

• Childcare and Teaching Experience:
For several years, I have voluntarily provided free primary education to around 50 underprivileged children. Along with teaching basic subjects, I have helped them develop discipline, moral values, responsibility, self-confidence, and social skills through learning activities and play. I also have experience assisting with kindergarten activities.

• Patience and Responsibility:
Working with children has taught me that patience, kindness, understanding, and responsibility are the most important qualities of a caregiver. I always try to build children's trust through love, respect, and gentle communication.

• Volunteer Experience:
For more than 12 years, I have been actively involved with the Bangladesh Scouts, the Bangladesh Red Crescent Society, the British Council Active Citizens program, and several humanitarian organizations. During this time, I have participated in disaster response, flood and cyclone relief, rescue operations, emergency assistance, and community service.

• Training and Skills:
I have completed training in First Aid, Fire Safety, Disaster Management, and community leadership. These experiences have strengthened my ability to remain calm, responsible, and effective in challenging situations.

• International Experience:
I have worked and participated in training programs with students and volunteers from Japan, South Korea, China, Indonesia, Germany, and Portugal. These experiences have helped me understand different cultures and adapt easily to new environments.

• Community Service:
I regularly conduct awareness sessions for students and young people on leadership, responsibility, moral values, and community service. I have also participated in wildlife conservation and animal rescue activities. For me, helping people is not just a responsibility—it is my lifelong passion and purpose.
