I qualified as a Caregiver in June 2025, through St Johns Ambulance, however, i have raised a physically disabled, partially deaf child for nearly 19 years. I have also volunteered at the Stella Londt Frailcare in Port Elizabeth. I love caring for others. I am patient, compassionate, caring, loving and detailed orientated. I am reliable and dependable. I can effectively communicate with clients, deliver clear instructions, and report changes to a Doctor or family member, so as to continually adapt the care plan. I can adapt to any situation, and am flexible when faced with unexpected obstacles or emotional mood swings. I am trustworthy to handle confidential medical documents, sensitive personal information, and intimate tasks, requiring absolute integrity and respect for privacy. I stay positive no matter what the situation, and i like to throw in a touch of humour, which is a great stress buster, keeping both myself and the client emotionally strong. I have CPR and First Aid Certification as well.
