Job Description
Personal Assistant Duties (Primary Focus)
Manage and coordinate daily schedules, appointments, and meetings.
Handle business correspondence: emails, calls, and follow-ups.
Assist with household and property management tasks (contractors, suppliers, service providers).
Organize travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, itineraries).
Manage errands such as grocery shopping, courier drop-offs, and collections.
Maintain digital and paper filing systems.
Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as required.
Assist in managing budgets, invoices, and expense tracking.
Family / Au Pair Duties (Secondary Support)
Conduct school runs (pick-up and drop-off for children as needed).
Provide occasional supervision of children after school (ensuring homework is started, light meals/snacks).
Assist with organizing school activities, playdates, and extracurricular schedules.
Provide occasional support with family errands (pharmacy runs, uniforms, stationery, etc.).
