Family's Introduction to Nanny

Job Description
We are a nice family of 4, my self, husband, 7 years old boy, and my 1 year old baby girl. We are very nice people, down to earth. We are looking for a kind full time - live in housekeeper/ nanny to be responsible of taking care of our family.
Roles/ Responsibilities for Housekeeper/ Nanny ( focus on 7 years old boy) position:
Child Care:
- Ensure the child's safety, well-being, and supervision at all times.
- Assist with morning and after-school routines.
Prepare and organize the child's school bag, uniforms, and personal belongings.
- Support the child with daily hygiene routines and maintaining good habits.
- Accompany and supervise the child during indoor and outdoor activities when required.
- Prepare healthy snacks and simple meals for the child as instructed by the parents.
- Encourage positive behavior, manners, and age-appropriate independence.
- Keep the child's bedroom, study area, toys, and belongings clean and organized.
- Assist with homework supervision and educational activities when required.
- Communicate any concerns regarding the child's health, behavior, or well-being to the parents.
Housekeeping Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all household areas.
- Perform daily cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Clean and maintain bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, dining areas, and kitchen spaces.
- Make beds and change bed linens as required.
- Wash, dry, iron, fold, and organize family laundry.
- Ensure wardrobes and storage areas remain neat and organized.
- Monitor household cleaning supplies and notify the family when replenishment is required.
- Dispose of household waste and maintain proper hygiene standards.
- Assist in preparing the home for guests and family gatherings when required.
Key Requirements:
1. Previous experience as a Housekeeper and/or Nanny.
2. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
3. Ability to work independently and responsibly.
4. Trustworthy, reliable, and attentive to detail.
5. Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
6. Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and household organization.
The nanny will be considered one of the family members, benefits are as follows:
1. room and toilet
2. WiFi access
3. Multiple breaks during the day.
4. Smart wear uniform upon arrival
5. All amenities such soap, tooth brush, tooth paste, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, etc.
7. Salary package is negotiable
Nanny Is required to be:
1. Excellent in English
2. Educated. A degree is a plus
3. Open to work with an Emirati family
4. Have a previous experience in nannying
5. Competent and can handle multi tasks.
6. Proactive.
7. Ability to manage time.
8. Abroad experience is preferred.
