Live-In Au Pair / Household Assistant – Mesa, Arizona
We are a loving, energetic family based in Mesa, Arizona, looking for a warm, responsible, and proactive live-in au pair to help care for our children and assist with light household tasks. We hope to welcome someone who feels like part of our family while also having the space and support to enjoy their own cultural experience here in the U.S.
Position Overview:
The au pair will play a key role in supporting our children’s morning and evening routines, engaging in fun and educational activities, and helping maintain an organized and nurturing home environment.
Responsibilities:
Childcare Duties (Approx. 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM):
Help children get ready in the morning (breakfast, dressing, packing belongings)
Support after-school routines including snack time, structured play, and learning activities
Prepare and serve dinner
Assist with evening routines: baths, bedtime stories, and getting ready for sleep
Household Support (During School Hours):
Light housekeeping including dishes, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
Laundry: wash, fold, and organize children’s clothes
Meal prep for the children
Organize toys, books, and school items
Help maintain a tidy and welcoming household
Accommodations:
Private bedroom in our family home
Shared bathroom with the children
Full room and board included
Access to Wi-Fi and a comfortable, respectful living environment
