We are looking for a respectful live in housekeeper who communicates and follows directions well that will take care of everything in our home and out. We do have cameras all over the property on the outside, and in the inside community living areas of our home. You will be living in our home so we expect you to treat us, pets, home, vehicles with respect.
I do have Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. It is mainly a germ issue so I ask that you be very clean while inside my home. I ask that you clean your clothes at a laundromat, only use your private bathroom and after handling our duck for diaper changes, feeding, cleaning her and cleaning any of the restrooms. We ask that you please take a shower and change your clothes before entering into any of the main areas of our home again. When cleaning and dealing with meat I ask that you wear disposable gloves. We ask that you not have people over to our home for visits, to sleep or to live. We do wake up early and go to sleep early 5:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.
We will all sign a contract of the terms and conditions of you living in our home and your duties as our housekeeper so that everything is clear, understood and you understand your terms for termination, if needed. If there is anything you are unable to do or are unwilling to do in the duty descriptions below or anything that I've written in this post please do not apply. Because of my OCD, germ issue this position will not be for everyone.
Duties would include but are not limited to:
1) Daily house cleaning and outside of house (kitchen, rooms, dusting, floors, bathroom, fridges, floors, removal of trash, plants inside and out, dog and duck clean up, ect.
2) Cooking, possibly taking cooking lessons.
3) Run errands.
4) Grocery shopping, returns.
5) Make and drive me to my appointments. Some days I have multiple appointments
6) Organizing the home
7) Take care of pets (2 dogs and 1 duck) they need to be taken to vet appointments, fed, given medication, and our duck may need multiple diaper changes daily, feeding and house cleaning.
You will be provided with weekly pay, room and board and all cleaning supplies, use of our vehicle and gas, money for the laundromat will be provided.
