Dear family,

let me introduce myself. My name is Jana and I’m 45 years old, single and no kids of my own. I come from Slovakia (EU country) and curretly live in Switzerland. I have graduated from The secondary technical school of printing, the only school of its kind in the country, so the written word is very close to me. After taking courses at a language school in Soho, London, and spending and extensive time abroad, I have also received a certificate from The British Council in Bratislava, where I’ve passed the English exam test.

I have over ten years of experience of taking care of children and their families under my belt. I have lived and worked in Great Britain and The United States, where I have taken care of children of various ages, starting from the time they were born until about the age of 12. I really enjoyed the family atmosphere and was lucky to be a part of some great ones. Being a witness to a child’s unspoiled view of the world is what has brought the most joy to my life. After a break I’m looking forward to sharing my experiences with somebody else again.

I know first hand life is filled with projects everyone has to deal with on everyday bases. I’m a mature, reliable, responsible, yet an easy going person who can take a huge load of responsibilities off your shoulders, so you can have the peace of mind and the time for other things in your life as well. I take my job very seriously. Smoking is not a part of my life and I‘ve driven for over ten years with no accidents.

PLEASE NOTE that all the cars I've ever driven have had an automatic transmission.

Kids, other family members, dealing with other staff or services, cooking, driving, shopping, cleaning, laundry, ironing, washing cars, feeding and walking dogs, organizing a small room or a whole house, I've done it all. If it's not on the list, I can probably learn it.

I enjoy the sea as much as the mountains, yoga, swimming, sightseeing, movies, new people as much as my old friends and family. I love seeing new places and learning about new cultures, so I’m happy to travel with you if you need me to or choose to do so. I’m flexible, although I prefer two days a week and the holidays off. I’m looking at starting as soon as possible given a month to give notice. I could stay for as little as few months or as long as you need me to, depending on the offer.
