I have more than 20 years' experience in management and responsibility in the areas of finance, logistics, working in companies of different sizes and sectors. In my last role, I was responsible for the entire Human Resources area, including selecting candidates, training employees and developing policies and procedures.
I was responsible for selecting candidates for various positions, including administrative, technical, receptionist and cleaning. I took part in the entire selection process, from advertising vacancies to hiring candidates. I oversaw accommodation, employees and tasks in the company's residential complex for expatriates.
In this context, I had the opportunity to supervise the cleaning and organization of a residential complex with 20 apartments, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, common areas and laundry rooms. I was also responsible for hiring and supervising a team of 20 cleaning staff.
I believe that these experiences have given me the necessary skills and qualifications to be a successful housekeeper. I am an organized and efficient person with a strong sense of responsibility. I have experience in dealing with people from different cultures and abilities, and I am able to work independently and as part of a team.
