Hello My name is Eric Jan and I’m 29 years old . I came from Pampanga one of the beautiful provinces of the Philippines . I’m a part of LGBTQIA++ community and Im proud of it ! Growing up , I’ve experienced a lot of discrimination and bullying , but that didn’t stop me from pursuing my dream , which is to be a teacher and now , I am one of the blessed people who passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers just this year. These learnings that I’ve gain from my past experiences , helped me to be the person I am today and with this , I want to inspired children and those people who has the same experience of bullying to keep fighting and never back down. I want to show them that I am a living testimony that you can get what you want and be the person who you want to be , only if you believe on yourself and if you let me to work with you , I can guarantee you that I could able to inspire your children and I could able to inculcate to them the same morals and values that I have acquired through my experiences.
I am also a five-year- public servant and I already dealt with a lot of issues regarding to the youth of our village. Such as how to inspired them to have a good and healthy lifestyle by engaging them to recreational activities and with that I was able to help them divert their time and attention in healthy lifestyle rather than having bad vices or the worst taking illegal drugs. I am also an advocate of peace and harmony in our community that’s why I was organizing a lot of projects to help the youth in different sector to socialize with each other so that they could able to gain more friends while helping the community’s progress by engaging themselves into various projects. One of my focus in my whole term as public servant is to have an access for quality education for everyone. Most of the youth here in our village don’t have the capability of going to a formal school because of their financial status. One of my projects that I organized was to provide those less fortunate children a scholarship and give them some school supplies which was signed and approved by our Municipal Mayor in town. Indeed that helping these individuals gave me a great feeling of success and satisfaction. That’s why I also want to help young people or your children only if you allow me . I am a passport holder and ready to take the chance to work with you and make your life easy as I can able to clean and prepares food for you and for your family . I was holding a National Certificate II for housekeeping. I underwent basic training under Philippine TVET Competency Assessment and Certification System in the following units such as Participation in workplace communication, Practice on Career professionalism, Practice occupational health and safety procedures , develop and update industry knowledge, observe workplace hygiene procedures, perform computer operations, perform workplace and safety practices, provide housekeeping services to the guest, clean and prepare rooms for incoming guest, laundry linen and guest clothes. All of these skills that I have gained through my training can help you and your family to have a comfortable way of living by providing you with an excellent service coupled with a heart of like a family member.
This is just a glimpse of who I am and if you let me to show you who I really am , I would be so much happy . I believe that these experiences can help me to do my job in which will exceed your satisfaction. I want to nurture the learnings that you have instilled to your kids while doing my responsibilities to them.
