Before I become into a Managerial position in a fast food restaurant, I had a lot of work experience during my college days to support my personal necessities and education. I work before as a crew staff in one of the most known catering services here in our city as my part-time job. As a crew staff my responsibilities is to help in preparing and organising utensils, set up buffet tables and foods, welcome and serve guest, and lastly, clean and wash all utensils. I work also in a 3 star hotel as a front desk. My job duties are; to welcome and assist guest, answering questions and addressing complaints, and check in and check out guests.
I graduated in Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management with outstanding in practicum SY 2017-2018 by the College of Hospitality Management during my on-the-job training Dated December 5, 2017 to February 20, 2018. After I graduated, I work in a fast food restaurant as a Manager Trainee and then promoted after a year as a Second Assistant Manager. During my time there I develop my skills and leadership which help me to achieve exceptional performance, awards, and trainings that motivates me to work for more than four years.
