Dear family,

My name is Mariana, and I am 26 years of age. I grew up in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and completed my education in Fashion Design.
I have been an Au Pair for the last three years.
I am back in Brazil now. I tought it was time for me to start my carrer, but once again my passion for traveling, and new experiences made me decide to have a new adventure in europe. As an Au Pair I have enjoyed so much, so I think it is the best way to really learn the culture.
I lived in US as An Aupair for almost two years (January2008- November2009) with two great families. In 2010 I decided to move to Europe to learn a new culture and try a new language, so I moved to Berlin with an amazing german-austrian family. Once again I had an amazing luck and I loved it. I stayed with them for 10 months, after that I moved to London to studied fashion that is my passion. I had the oportunity to live with my host's family friends and I helped them to take care of 3 lovely boys that I can consider my young brothers. I stayed with them for more 6 months.
I consider myself a confident, caring, active, patient and loving person. I posses a very energetic personality and I am not afraid of any challenges which come with taking care of kids. I am a hard and responsible worker who is serious about my job and always strives for perfection.
In my first american family, I lived with them for a year and I took care of two young children, a girl of age 9 and a boy of age 6. In my second american family I also took care of two children, a girl of age 13 and a boy of age 11. In my german family I took care of three children, a girl of age 2, a girl of age 6, and a boy of age 8 who has late development. In my London family I took care of three childrens, three boys of age 4, 7 and 9 years old.
Daily routine, I am responsible for prepare the kids for school (make their breakfast, feed them and pack their lunch boxes). After take them to school I used to do their laundry at home and organize their personal belongings. Once the kids were at home, I prepared snacks and followed by helping the kids with completing their homework.
In addition to our regular daily routine, I was also in charge to take the kids to their various daily activities such as swimming, soccer and baseball. When the kids were not in school, I also used to take them to different museums, parks, community pools, play dates with their friends and participate in various town activities.
As an Au pair, I have found it to be a great learning and enjoying experience to work with different kids and in parallel learn with them the ways of life in a different country.
I like to cook and learn new recipes!
I am planning to go to Europe in holiday, then I am looking for a family to stay between one and six month. I am very open person and depend of the opportunity maybe even more.
