Full-Time Live-In Nanny with lite housekeeping -East Cobb Family (Immediate Start)
A loving, multicultural family in East Cobb is seeking a warm, proactive, and dependable full-time live-in nanny/housekeeper to become a long-term part of their household. This family of three — soon to be four — is looking for someone who will grow with them, provide stability, and help maintain a peaceful, well-run home as they prepare to welcome their new baby (due in 90 days).
About the Family
• Parents with a 22-month-old son and a newborn on the way.

• They travel frequently (domestic & international) and would love for their nanny to join them.
The Role
This is a blended role combining childcare and light household support, centered on structure, love, and initiative. The primary focus will be the toddler initially, later transitioning to shared care for both children. The family values a self-starter who anticipates needs, keeps routines flowing smoothly, and takes pride in maintaining a warm, organized household.
Childcare Responsibilities
• Provide nurturing, engaging care with age-appropriate play and learning.
• Prepare healthy meals/snacks and support structured daily routines.
• Encourage safe, loving, and stimulating environments for both children.
Household Responsibilities
• Maintain tidiness and organization in shared spaces, bedrooms, and kitchen.
• Organize toys, children’s items, and assist with general home upkeep.
• Run occasional errands or grocery trips as needed.
Ideal Candidate
• Prior full-time nanny or nanny/housekeeper experience (live-in preferred).
• Proactive, calm, and professional with strong communication skills.
• Comfortable balancing care for a toddler and newborn.
• Experience preparing fresh, organic meals and snacks.
• Flexible with travel and schedule changes.
• Strong swimmer; safe driver with clean record (preferred).
• CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain.
• Bilingual or culturally aware of Latin American and/or Asian backgrounds is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
• $18-27/hr, guaranteed 40 hours/week (average 30–50).
• Private live-in quarters with separate bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and entrance.
