We were very happy with the exposure the web site provided us. We were worried we would not get our vacancy filled in time but as there were so many applicants via the web site we found someone in 2 weeks. The site also allowed us to be very specific about what we wanted and thus reduce the number of applicants to those who fitted the bill.
