Whoever created Great Au Pair is a genius.. you can talk to as many families as you want and negotiate everything, not like agencies that charge you everything you own.. :p Now I'm in NY working for these great people that treat me like I'm part of their family! And also.. whatever question you have, people on Great Au Pair answer you really really quickly!
