Job Description
Mandatory:
- Fluency in English
- Good with babies and love them like her own
- Experience in taking care of infant
- Partner with me on parenting approach
- Patient and never get angry, raise voice or hit babies
- Sleep with younger baby in baby room
- Follow the daily schedule and cook for them
- Pick up and drop off babies to classes/school using bus/mrt/taxi
- Occationally can take care of 2 at night
- Plan and execute enriching and age appropriate activities (storytelling, reading books, sing songs, outdoor walks, sensory play, etc)
- No phone usage while take care of babies
- No smoking
- Can travel abroad
Good to be/have/can:
- Christian
- speak in Mandarin
- driver's license
- socialise with other kids
- marketing from wet market
- swim with babies
- Preschool experience
- Montessori knowledge
- Believes in gentle parenting
Salary will be discussed base on experiences and it will be suitable for work scope. We want someone can work with us at least couple of years.
