Childcare job discretion:

A capable and patient ChildCare specialist who has a good experience and can create a warm, safe and secure environment for children to develop and learn in, and will always be there for their physical and mental needs.

Duties:
•Working in partnership with parents, carers and guardians to promote the welfare and education of the child.. Making child safety and well-being the highest priority.
•Helping the child to discover new things every day by encouraging him to explore.
•Organizing or supervising a child's daily schedule of interesting activities.
•Reading to the child each day and teaching the correct usage of English spelling, language, grammar and punctuation
•Flexible schedule depending on the child’s needs, working [7] days per week and having a vacation each two years two months.
•Provide a safe, caring, nurturing and stimulating environment in which the child thrive and develop.
•Responsible for other child-related tasks, such as doing laundry, dishes, cleaning and maintaining baby bed room and playing area, helping with homework, driving the child to and from activities, school .. etc.
•Providing child-related nursery duties such as bathing, dressing, changing diapers and nappies and preparing nutritious snacks and meals.
•Limiting the child's television/video time, cell use, and computer game-playing as specified under family rules.
•Being a part of the family and traveling with them.
