We are seeking highly committed experienced Special Needs Nanny/Tutor who can support our child at home and in other non-therapy environments on a full time basis. Our boy is almost 3 years old Showing some delays in his development, he's behind his peers in some areas like attention, communication and social interaction. Our boy is very clever, friendly and active with no aggressive behaviors and our house environment is very warm

Experience & Qualifications:
Experience in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) is preferable.
Experience in handling kids with Developmental delays is essential.
Degree level in one or more of the following: Special Education, Psychology, Early Childhood Education or Any other related major is preferable.
Fluency in English.
A Female is a must.

Enthusiastic, Caring, Creative, Outgoing, Energetic, Kind, Patient, Calm, Firm ,but Fair.
A great team player as it is a fully staffed house & you must be comfortable working within a formal household.
Love & passion in working and handling kids with special needs and know how to engage & be attractive to them.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Spend the day with the child in & outside the house supporting him.
Provide daily 1:1 home based educational and behavioral modification sessions. ( training will be provided if needed)
Observing and assessing the child’s needs in consultation with his parents and other therapists in order to create a program & structure to vioral & developmental needs.
Setting goals and help him reach his developmental goals, objectives & targets.
Encourage developing his self-help skills and habits.
Prepare, monitor & record the daily plans, lessons, activities & reports.
Attending his different therapies.
Modeling appropriate play behaviors by being a play-friend.
Build up child’s confidence.
Happy to travel with the family as and when needed.
Helping in households work mostly related to the child’s needs and belongings.
