Responsibilities:
Serve as the child carer and ensure the safety and security of the children.
Provide emotional support and reassurance to help the children cope when their parents are away.
Establish and maintain stable daily routines for the children, including meals, bedtime, and leisure activities.
Coordinate and oversee the children's education, including teaching in school curriculum and involvement in extracurricular activities.
Ensure the children's physical health needs are met, including scheduling medical check-ups and appointments.
Build and maintain a strong support network for the children, including extended family, friends, and community resources.
Encourage open communication with the children and create a safe space for them to express their feelings and concerns.
Seek professional counseling or therapy for the children if needed to help them cope with their emotions and challenges.
Advocate for the children's best interests in all aspects of their lives.


Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old.
Demonstrated experience in caregiving or childcare, with a strong understanding of child development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build a positive and supportive relationship with the children.
Ability to provide a stable and nurturing environment for the children's growth and well-being.
Knowledge of legal and financial responsibilities related to caring for children.
Strong organizational skills to manage the children's daily routines and activities.
