My name is Romaissa, and I am from Morocco. Thank you for taking the time to visit my profile.
I am a kind, patient, responsible, and creative person who truly loves spending time with children. I am currently studying English at university, and after completing my final qualification, I will become an English teacher. Before that, I have a free year, which I would love to dedicate to caring for children, learning about a new culture, and becoming part of a welcoming family. If everything goes well, I would also be happy to stay for two years or even longer.
I have always been surrounded by children. I am the oldest sister of five children and the oldest grandchild among more than thirty grandchildren, so taking care of younger children has been a natural part of my life for many years. I have also helped middle school students by giving extra lessons in Mathematics, English, and Physics. These experiences have taught me patience, responsibility, and how to explain things in a simple and encouraging way.
I believe children learn best when they feel safe, loved, and understood. I enjoy reading stories, drawing, playing games, doing arts and crafts, helping with homework, and encouraging children to explore their creativity and curiosity. My goal is not only to look after children but also to help them grow, learn, and build happy memories.
Outside of childcare, I enjoy drawing, fashion design, sewing, music, and handmade crafts. I grew up on a farm, where I learned responsibility, hard work, and how to care for animals and nature. I also have a driving licence, which I obtained in 2024, and I enjoy driving.
I speak Arabic and English fluently, have an intermediate level of French, and I am currently learning Japanese. I enjoy discovering new cultures and sharing my own culture with others.
I live a healthy lifestyle. I do not smoke, drink alcohol, or use drugs, and I do not have tattoos or facial piercings. These are personal choices that reflect my values and the way I choose to live.
