ALOHA THERE FAMILY!
I am Christi and here is a little more about me:

I have always have a deep passion for the tinny little humans named kids and want to make this passion an investment, in hope that I can improve your life as well as your beloves child(ren's)!!

Over the past year and a half, I have been volunteering at a Safety and Halfway Home for children. I have also work with numerous families. In this time, I have learned new ways to communicate and help the kids and my love grew deeper for them.

While I was volunteering at the safe home, I learned new ways to communicate with children. Studies has also show that kids have a special and unique way with their communication towards others/adults, and by spending time with them, you get a better understanding of their language.
The way that I take care and interact with the child is based on your request, but I do believe that these tiny humans deserve the world, and by treating them with kindness and love, they will trust you and view the world when older more positively.
My morals are strong, and I do believe in them it is such as: respect to anyone, even if they are one, showing kindness is the biggest strength, asking for help is more than okay and with love you might just change someone’s world view.
Some days I am mostly so jealous of kids because some of their toys are really cool. What I normally do with them depends on what they prefer, for example if I know she/him likes to draw we are going to learn to draw elephants but even if they just want to play dinosaur or hide’n’seek, I cannot wait to make their day better. I also think that making them known to new stuff helps them develop and so I would introduce them to new ways and things, under your approval, for example how to remember colors by song or learn that you can dance bad and still be great at it.
I do not believe in telling children the whole time what to do, for in this way they feel in control of their lives. But of course, this does not apply on necessary task, as brushing teeth or throwing food.
As far as electronics go, I am not an advocate for it but if that is part of your daily, I am more as happy to watch Teletubbies.
This bring me to another common subject, I respect that you are the parents and have a routine and it should be followed as a way of learning structure, and because it is your beloved, I am more than happy to follow instructions.
Cleaning up is part of any job and living in a messy environment sometimes fun but some tidiness is necessary. I can brag that I am a pro at washing dishes.

During the job I can be reach on my cell phone, via messages and calls, and will send if wanted regular updater, for I know the importance of keeping informed. This counts for anything from the child’s silly face too important information and milestones.

I HOPE I HEAR BACK FROM YOU AND CAN NOT WAIT TO MEET YOUR FAMILY!!
