Dear family I'm loving and caring person easy to work with. I love kids,I raised 2 of my own and 2 grandchildren.I did home based care training.lf you can hire me family your child/children will be in good hands. I'm energetic,able do house chores as well(multitask).I have experience working with special needs child.
I also have passion for elderly people and those who are physically challenged.I have experience since I have mentioned that I did a caregiving course(home based care). Looking after it's easy loving them as your own make it easy to with them. Working with child/children easy way to is to make a schedule that will look like this;
Breakfast time :we do a dry wash eg changing diaper, brushing teeth then we have our breakfast.
After eating breakfast we clean where we mess up and we wash cups and plates,by so doing I'm not looking for perfection just to teach the to be independent and responsibleness.
Time to play outside but in the yard,after 30 min to 40 min we go to watch kids programs giving them some snacks. I start with cleaning the house especially on dinning room because it is close to the tv room I'll be able to monitor them as siblings like fighting each other most of the time.Watching tv they we fall asleep then I'll able clean other rooms after I put them to sleep in their bedroom leave the door open so that I can keep on checking them without making noise, I'll be cleaning at the same time trying to prepare them lunch so that when they wake up they get food.When they wake up we go to the bathroom for those who can help themselves I just monitor them and help them.
Lunch time,after we clean up and wash the dishes.
Time to bath them (full bath)
Time for story reading and wait for parents to come from work.
Parents take over then I knock off
