My name is Metrine and I come from Kenya. I am currently an aupair in a warm and kind lebanese family taking care of an aged granny 85 years old. I also get to babbysit 3 days a week aged 1 and 4 years when the children come over.my contract is ending 19th July 2024
I come from a Christian family of 3 members my parents and i. My dad works as supervisor in a Sugar Company while my mum works at a Veggiepro company.
I would love to become your next aupair because it is one of my biggest motivations and I am passionate working with children.
I am well prepared and aware of the fact that taking care of your children comes with responsibilities for them, they are top priority and it is not always about just having fun and playing but their health and hygiene comes first
I am a hard working, I always strive to exceed expectations. I am also a team player and I believe in working together to achieve common goals.
I am also ready in lending a hand in light house chores ie:, cleaning the house, preparing the dinner, bathing the children, bed making, doing laundry for them, taking the children to school and pick them up. Also taking the children for walks in the packs, bike-riding, and the zoo/aquarium.
I have childcare experience for children with special needs too. I have experience for 2 years in the field, I was a volunteer at an orphanage in my village called C. C. O. (Community Care Organization) in kenya. I played part in looking after the children through sharing their happy times ie: By encouraging and supporting their decision making and independence because they need understanding and patience. By not forcing them but treat their ability natural. story telling, taking them out for walks e.t.c.
