Hello! My name is Violetta, I am 24 years old and I come from Kenya. I am a warm, caring, responsible and open-minded person who truly enjoys being around children. Spending time with kids has always come naturally to me because I love their energy, honesty and curiosity about the world.

I have experience taking care of children through caring for my nephew since he was very young, which gave me hands-on experience with daily childcare responsibilities such as feeding, bathing, changing, playing, comforting him and helping him learn and grow. I have also babysat my neighbours’ children on different occasions, and those experiences helped me become more patient, attentive and understanding of children’s different personalities and needs.

One thing I love most about children is how creative and playful they are. I enjoy playing games, reading stories, helping with homework, teaching simple new things and keeping children engaged in fun and educational activities. I believe children learn best in an environment where they feel safe, happy, supported and listened to.

People around me often say that children naturally enjoy being around me because I am kind, approachable and energetic. I love building genuine connections with children and making them feel comfortable and cared for. I am also responsible and trustworthy, and I understand the importance of creating a safe environment for children at all times.

Apart from childcare, I am organized, adaptable and willing to help with light household tasks related to the children. I enjoy learning about new cultures, meeting new people and experiencing different ways of life, which is one of the reasons I am excited about becoming an au pair. I would love the opportunity to become part of a welcoming family, share my culture with them and create meaningful memories together.
