caring of children is definitely not the easiest thing to do ,neither the perfect job for evrybody seeking for available job.. being with babies/toddlers/children is certainly a huge responsibility that does not appear to us"babysitters" as it shows to other people.
Being a childminder It requires to be vigilant and alert at all levels. For example, the child could get sick at any moment, and if the intervention is not done in a timely manner, a disaster will befall you first, as a responsible for that time, then the rest.
Again, as an example, a child might ask a curious question any time, at that moment you must give the correct and the clearest answer to him/her, so it's part of my job as a childminder to be ready for evrything at any time and everywhere.
this profession is not suitable for everybody. Only the child parrents can decide whether a person can be a babysitter for their children or not, ofcours after they interview him and knows more about his educational level, and morals and his Cultural background in general.
i would like to tell about my humble experience of takin care about my niece aged now 18 years old suffering from a cerebral palsy and complete paralysis; it's not easy at all to feed her she can't even feed her self, but i'm always trying to find out a new ways to make her eat easialy, taking care of her special needs is very easy than feeding her, giving her a shower it's easy too, she is not heavy , she is a small person which helped me a lot
she don't speek but she feels evrything , she is a love for me for real .. that's what i can say .
