There's the option of being an on call babysitter ( babysitter that's needed every now and then on short notice when we would like to head out) or a long term babysitter for the next 1-2 years ( the schedule is different and varies between days and nights) alternatively we are open to an au pair, a live in nanny, we have a spare room arranged for this situation.
