We are a young and active family with one adorable 5y.o girl and one 7y.o boy. We are looking for a new longterm (1year) aupair from mid July 2024 to take care of our children and would be delighted to welcome you in Neuchatel Switzerland. We speak both english and french at home and we would like our aupair to speak only english with the children.
We live in a 3-story house in Switzerland, in Neuchatel. Our house is in the Neuchatel area (10mn walk to city center, 2mn by bus with bus stop in front of the house, 2mn walk to lakeside).
You 'll have your own big room on the last floor with a private bathroom. Valid visa for switzerland required before application.
Your job would be:
- Taking care of the kids (max 30h per week including babyttings).
- we have irregular schedule (both emergency doctors), so yours will be irregular too (including very rare week ends, but you'll then get free days during the week). Most of the time, we'll need you btw 15h and 18h30.
- I am free every wednesday and take care of the kids that day, which will allow you to attend the au pair french classes in Neuchatel (wed afternoon).
Everything will be done legally, with an official contract, permit (to work, for Switzerland), and we'll take care of your taxes so your salary is yours :). The job does include the odd week-end, but this is rare. Salary will be discussed further with your application.
