Looking as from April 2024* - Dear au pair! We are a multi-national/cultural family (Swiss by nationality, French and Austrian from birth) living in the outskirts of the beautiful Lausanne city. As we (the parents) both work and that we want our children to have some quality time at home when they are done with shool, we are looking for a lovely person to join our family! We have had so far 2 experiences with au pairs, which gave us a good understanding of the concept. We are willing to be the "second" home of a lovely personnality and welcome this person as our 5th member of the family. We are expecting this person to embrace the au pair experience for what it is, meaning not only ready to discover a country and a new culture, but also spending time with children and above all enjoying it. We have an adorable cat who will be giving you tons of cuddles too! Looking forward to meeting you!

Because of Karim's work schedule (works in Zürich during the week or travels abroad) I / we need assistance of 1 hour every morning to get the boys ready and to bring one (most of the time Elio) by car to his kindergarten (7 min away by car). Our au-pair "duties" start again from 2.30pm until 6 or 7pm depending on the days and involve picking up Elio and Axel, playing with them, looking after the goûter, the shower time etc....Our au-pair is also responsible to make sure the boys bedroom is tidy after the morning rush, same as the small play room (with the help of the kids of course) and we are expecting basic participation to the house work (diswasher, leaving the common spaces clean etc...) as we all do. We fully respect the swiss regulation in terms of welcoming the au pair and the income.
