As a family, we are looking for someone responsible who can help us teach German to our girls. But even more importantly, we are looking for someone who truly enjoys playing with her and supporting her in becoming a happy and confident person.

Hello! We are Teresa and Alexander, a small, friendly and international family living with our two daughters in a flat directly by the sea in the beautiful town of Cambrils. Cambrils is about one hour from Barcelona and 20 minutes from Tarragona. Barcelona is easy to reach by bus or train, and Cambrils and nearby Salou are especially lively and popular during the summer.

Maria is a smart 5-year-old girl. She is very active and loves her tennis and swimming lessons. She enjoys playing outside and doing little experiments.

Sofia is almost one and a half years old. She is a happy little girl who loves interacting with people.

I am from Chile and Alexander is German. Our children speak German and Spanish and are also learning English and Catalan. The main task of the au pair would be to speak German with the kids. We also speak English, so if you don’t speak Spanish, that is absolutely fine.

The au pair will of course have her own room and her own bathroom.

Your tasks would include taking care of the children, picking them up, driving them to their activities, or playing with them at home. A driver’s license is required.

We have often hosted au pairs before and really enjoy the cultural exchange. We love traveling and doing different activities together as a family.
