Hi! I'm looking for an Au-Pair/Child-educator on behalf of my boss. They both work in real estate and own their own businesses. The mom is very hands-on and would like to work closely with the Au Pair to provide the best care for their sweet 4 month year-old daughter. They are both interested in Montessori-style learning and want the Au Pair to familiarize themselves with this or be willing to learn.
As an on-the-go family, they will be splitting their time between Manila and Palawan. There also may be several international trips planned a few weeks out of the year.

Job Description:
Seeking a dedicated and nurturing au-pair to assist and support in the care and education of a four-month old girl. As a super hands-on mom, the client is looking for someone who can provide assistance for approximately 4 to 5 hours a day, allowing her some personal time, while sharing the responsibility of care the rest of the time.
Responsibilities:
Child Education Support:
Collaborate with the mother in researching and implementing Montessori-type activities suitable for her appropriate age and developmental stage.
Assist in creating engaging and educational playtime experiences.
Travel Preparation:
Help pack belongings for domestic and international trips to ensure she has everything she needs for various environments.
Ensure her essentials are organized and easily accessible during travel.
Meal Preparation and Feeding:
Prepare nutritious and age-appropriate meals for following any dietary requirements or preferences provided by the mother.
Assist with feeding her during meal times, ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience.
Bottle and Pumping Gear Care:
Take responsibility for washing and sterilizing bottles and pumping equipment to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Daily Schedule:
Provide care and support for approximately 9 hours a day, five to six days a week, from 9 am to 6 pm.
Collaborate with me to establish, maintain, and adapt a daily routine that suits her needs and developmental milestones.
Traveling:
Accompany our family during our travels, primarily focusing on the Asian region, until the end of the contract year.
Adapt and support the child’s routine and needs during travel, ensuring her well-being and comfort.
Contract and Test Period:
The initial contract will be for two months, with the possibility of renewal based on mutual agreement.
A two-week test period will be employed to ensure compatibility and suitability for both the child and family.
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in childcare and a genuine love for children.
Familiarity with Montessori principles or willingness to learn and implement them.
Knowledge of age-appropriate activities and educational resources.
Ability to effectively communicate in English (additional language skills are a plus).
Flexibility and adaptability to travel both domestically and internationally
Compensation:
P25,000 monthly with government benefits
additional P1,000 for each day spent outside the country
