I am 35 and my wife is 32. We both have c-level jobs in Mauritius and looking for trustworthy help for our home. Our kids, boy 4 and girl 2, need help getting ready in the morning. Need to be fed when they are back from school. Some activities and play time will be required from 16:30 to 19:00. They get ready to go to sleep by 20:00. You will be living in our house, and a private room with attached bathroom will be provided to you. Our kids go to an english-medium school, but they are fluent in French as well.
Your daily routine would be like this from monday to friday:
wake up at around 06:00 to prepare lunch boxes for the kids. Wait for them to wake up and get them ready (Brushing of teeth, putting on school uniform etc..) They get dropped off at school at 08:30. School is at 2 minutes driving distance from our home.
Back home, you will be taking care of our 3 bedroom house; House cleaning, laundry. You will also have to prepare dinner for our family (including you).
You will then accompany my mother to pick up the kids at 16:30, and take care of them until their bed time, usually around 21:00.
They will have to be bathed, fed and do some fun activities with you.
When the kids go to sleep, you can do whatever you want. We will provide you with your own TV and WiFi.
Saturday: We usually take the kids shopping or to do some activities. You will most likely accompany us but we do not expect you to look after both kids. It is during the weekends that we spend most time with our kids. You might also take the day off if you so desire, but we would need your help in the evening from 16:00 onwards.
Sunday: We usually stay at home and spend some time to prepare for dinner, our kids are usually watching TV or doing some activities. You can also take the morning off on Sundays, but we will need you from 15:00 till bed time.
Notes about our family:
We are non-veg family. Important: while we understand each and everyone's customs and beliefs, I need to point out that we have no food restrictions at home, our kids eat non-veg, including pork and beef. We will however provide you with separate cookware if you so desire, if you are strictly veg.
Our culture is Tamil, our ancestors are from Tamil Nadu. We do not practice our religion on a daily basis. We never fast, but we do celebrate some festivals from time to time.
Our initial contract will be for a period of 12 months. This can be extended indefinitely, if you so desire, and if we are happy with you in our family. We also want to build a relation of trust with the selected candidate, and we will consider her as part of our family. For ease, our kids will s Auntie, and you will our forenames. We do not like to be called Sir or Madam.
Salary will be according to minimum wage in Mauritius for Expat house workers, and you will also benefit from an end of year bonus of 1 whole month salary. We are proposing, in Mauritian Rupees 15,000 per month, which would be approximately Indian Rupees 27,000 per month.
We will take care of your eating expenses, even if you are going out, and provide you with a shopping budget of MUR 5,000 every 3 months if you need new clothes or other things that you will require to carry out your duties.
You will have to undergo a few medical tests before your departure, at arrival and every 8 months during your stay:
HIV/Hepatitis/STD's
Pregnancy
We will bear the financial costs of such tests in your country.

Our family of 4 needs some help. My wife works Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00. I work from Monday to Saturday from 11:00 to 21:00. Kids get dropped to school at 08:30 and finish at 16:30. We need help getting the kids ready in the morning. Keeping our home tidy and cooking for our family during the day. Bathing the kids and assisting till they sleep.
