We live in our home country Mauritius, though we have travelled a lot abroad and lived abroad too. (South Africa and the UK). We have three daughters, our eldest having a congenital syndrome (KBG Syndrome) and being on the ASD spectrum. She attends a special needs school, but holiday periods can be long for her (and us) as she constantly needs activities planned to reassure her. We have had aupairs helping out over the holidays before. It would be important to have a bit of experience with special needs (ideally autism or OCD) as one would then know how to handle her or put differently "connect to her in the right way". Our second daughter born relatively close to our elder, loves nature, climbing trees, swimming, gymnastics and has often lacked the affection and attention of a sibling with a sister needing so much of our time and energy. Our third daughter was born seven years later and is only 5 at present. She is quite girly, loves accessories, glitters, unicorns and mermaids. She is very confident but misses having someone to play with form time to time.

Needing some assistance with the children over our upcoming December Holidays based in Mauritius including travelling to South Africa for 2 weeks and back home.
Our eldest daughter has KBG Syndrome with OCD and mild autism. Though she has made huge progress overall with therapy to the point that nowadays it might take half a day for anyone to start asking themselves if she is altogether neurodiverse or not. However, she still needs a "pilot fish" to maneuver socially...as there are many things she still doesn't get and is quite vulnerable. Our other two daughters are easy to get along with but also look for their fair share of a normal family life and holiday fun.
The job would be like being part of the family over the holidays -like a visiting distant cousin ;)and assisting with taking care of the children from wake up to bed time alongside our local nannies here whilst we are home and doing a bit more to help us whilst away on holidays.
Ideally if it works out, we would happily repeat the experience over future holidays.
