Position: Nanny
Location: Nairobi, Kenya

Hours: Full-time
No Children: 2 ( 3.5 yrs old and 2 months)
Salary: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications

Responsibilities:
1. Provide attentive and compassionate child care.
2. Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for the child's growth and development.
3. Ensure the child's daily needs are met, including feeding, bathing, dressing, and nap schedule.
4. Engage in age-appropriate educational activities, playtime, and interactive learning.
5. Accompany the child on outings, such as visits to the park, playdates, or other social activities.
6. Maintain open and regular communication with the parent regarding the child's progress and daily routine.
7. Light household duties related to the child's care, such as tidying up toys, washing bottles, and children's laundry.

Requirements:
1. Previous experience as a nanny or in a similar child care role with proven references.
2. Passionate about working with children, with a warm, patient, and loving demeanor.
3. Familiarity with child development stages and a keen understanding of age-appropriate activities.
4. Ability to create a structured routine while remaining flexible to the child's evolving needs.
5. Strong communication skills and fluency in English, both spoken and written.
6. Cultural sensitivity and respect for diverse backgrounds, as well as an open-minded approach to different parenting styles.
7. First aid and CPR certification is highly preferred.

The ideal candidate should be dependable, trustworthy, and demonstrate a genuine passion for providing exceptional care to young children.
